Brendan leads SFA's broking practice, bringing strong networks across the financial services industry and a deep understanding of the lending landscape. With extensive experience in business development and client relationship management across the FRM Consulting Group, Brendan has built a reputation for finding practical, well-structured finance solutions for clients across residential, commercial, and SMSF lending. He takes a hands-on approach with every client, guiding them from initial conversation through to settlement and beyond.

Brigid brings a rare combination of business acumen and finance expertise to her role as a mortgage broker. With an MBA, a Bachelor of Business (Marketing Management), a Diploma of Finance, and recognition as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she has built a career spanning marketing leadership, digital strategy, coaching, and board governance. Brigid's commercial background means she understands the bigger picture behind every lending decision - whether it is a first home buyer, a business owner seeking commercial finance, or an SMSF trustee looking to acquire property. She is a qualified Justice of the Peace and a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM), and brings a strategic, client-first approach to every engagement.

Tony is the founder and Group CEO of the FRM Consulting Group (the parent company of SFA), bringing decades of experience in financial services, business strategy, and operational leadership. His vision for an integrated, client-first approach across finance, accounting, and property management drives the direction of SFA and ensures that clients benefit from coordinated advice across the group.
